It was so much easier than I imagine it would've been trying to do the exchange on my own. The store was also very clean and organized! Thanks so much to the cashiers as well as Jen (manager on duty I believe) who helped me. I didn't catch the names of everyone who helped me but I came in around noon, so please pass along praise to the cashiers working then :)

Purchased sweaters for my wife as a Christmas gift, and was from out of area- assured me the extended return policy of 60 days was ongoing due to quarantine, and that they would refund me as long as items had been unlaundered and tags still on. Come back a month and half later, they refused to honor the extended policy because their receipts had not been updated and said a 30 day return policy, and was issued store credit.

This place is great for young men who don't want to spend too much but want to look nice. I wandered around and didn't find much at first. Lots of jackets and suits that didn't interest me. Then I happened upon the men's button-ups. They have slim and regular fit and WOW. The patterns are extremely handsome. I recommend going with the checkered patterns (e.g. red and blue), since the plaids are generally pretty tacky. They fit extremely well - not too loose around the chest, not too tight around the stomach (even if you have a bit of beer belly), not too long in the back (so you can show off your.. jeans) and not too short on the sides (so you don't show skin if you reach up). I'd say if you've got an average body type for men you'll look quite good in these shirts. They're quite flattering. I went here during the Christmas shopping season and all the shirts were 50% off. This meant $60 shirts were $30 - a fantastic deal. I got six shirts for under $200, which is doubly impressive given how snappy they look and how well they fit. The person who checked me out explained that they take bestsellers from the previous year from regular J Crew and then "recreate" them for the factory stores. (Whether they actually redesign them, I have my doubts). What that means in practice is you get popular styles at mass-produced prices.
