- SMSteve MidasApr 12, 20265.0This is for the Lynnwood location inside of the Alderwood Mall. There is plenty of parking on the Macy's side of the mall with the kid's playground area. The store is right by the entrance if you are looking to just go in-and-out. The staff was extremely friendly and the inventory was pretty amazing. It was better stocked than the Bellevue or Southcenter location. I worked with Enzo that was absolutely helpful in finding and purchasing all of the sets that I was looking for! Midas 5-stars for the service and inventory in-stock.

I was able to bring them back no problem and switch them out but on one of the even bigger sets I bought I kinda lagged in making it… when I started on it I found ,4 bags in mind you, that it was missing 2 pieces . It’s out of the return window and I can’t even request them to send me the peice cause for some reason they will only send me one. They are just too expensive for this headache. One star cause omg quality please lock in.

I am an absolute Lego addict after a bad injury about 7 years ago and have purchased just a little over 800 sets over the last seven years. Colleen was the original manager here and I saw her once a week for over 5 years and she was always amazing and helpful and I'm a great mood. I am not sure who the new store manager is but still everyone is nice and easy to talk to. Lego in general has the best team and businesses to deal with and are on their game 100 percent. The only complaint if any is after taking their surveys after purchase for almost seven and a half years now I have never won or received anything cool from them so I stopped filling them out awhile ago since its a waste of time at this point. But this has nothing to do with the store in general so 5 star service per usual. And it has been 5 stars EVERY SINGLE time for at least 1000 visits to this place. Currently building and finishing all the new Pokemon sets now. Maybe one day I'll have to ask for a sponsorship now that I am starting up a YouTube channel finally 🤣.

Can I return a LEGO set I ordered online to a LEGO Store?
If the total value of the unopened set is under $200, you can return your unopened LEGO set to any of our LEGO Brand Retail stores with your original shipping confirmation email or receipt dated within 90 days, and we'll give you a full refund in form of store credit or a gift card. If your unopened set is over $200, simply return your unopened LEGO set to the address listed on your packing slip.
