I've probably purchased at least $50,000.00 worth of jewelry for my wife and me at various Shane locations from CA. OR, and WA. Lifetime service and guarantee with free ring size adjustments. And the value of the jewelry keeps appreciating over the years. Great investment and fun to wear!
Every time I’ve called Shane Co. for assistance on help with an old ring I got from them, they have been so kind and knowledgeable. Today I talked with Rosa wonderful customer service and went above and beyond helping me when I came in to the store. Made sure I had all the information I needed moving forward. They follow true on their warranties and make sure everything on your jewelry is perfect for you.
Thank you Rosa for all your help

I love the Shane Company and everything they stand for.
I got my ring in 1992 and I still get compliments. The oth30+ er night, while watching tv, and running my finger over my ring, I noticed something seemed sharp. On closer inspection, I noticed 2 of the small diamonds were missing.
We dropped in ring off on a Tuesday and picked it up the following Monday with two new diamonds at NO CHARGE! I love the Shane Company's warranty, even after 30+ years, they stand behind what they sell.
I can't recommend them enough.
Thank you Shane Company for setting a high bar of customer service for other companies to follow.
Sherry has been an absolute gem as she helped me find the very perfect ring. She is extremely knowledgeable and very clearly passionate about her field. Despite me coming in and trying on countless guards (indecision), she was patient and very helpful each time. She answered all of my questions, and I learned some new things from her. Very kind!
I’m delighted to say that I ordered my custom wedding band today. I can’t be more excited to receive it! Thank you, Sherry, for helping us find our forever wedding bands :)

We have been loyal customers for years now but lately we haven’t been experiencing the best service. Recently I brought my birthstone necklace in to exchange and “upgrade” to add a new stone. We discussed the placement of each stone in detail since each stone would have to be taken out to put into the next necklace. When I came back to pick up my necklace they replaced my pink stone for a blue one. Their only job was to add a red stone so I was very confused on how this happened. The lady assisting me was too concerned about collecting 10 cents that I apparently owed from a tax issue. I asked if I needed to pay that moment because the necklace was wrong and needed to be fixed. It was almost like she couldn’t (or wouldn’t) look into the issue before making me pay the 10 cents. It was very frustrating. They ended up fixing the issue, but cost me the gas money to drive all the way down again because I don’t live locally.
Shane Co has fixed (for free) all of the problems that have come up recently, including some issues that I’ve had with some rings. I wish the issues never happened in the first place, because it seems like every time I visit now there is an issue that I run into. I hope this isn’t a downward trend for the store, but right now I feel very unmotivated to return for new purchases.
