- DTDixon Ticonderoga1 day ago2.0I used to like this location but the mens selection of clothes is not very good (4/22/26), the lighting was dim, the racks were too close together, and the employee in the dressing room was rude to me. Used to be much better selection of mens clothing. On a positive note, they have a good selection of mens shoes so it may be worth a visit if you need some shoes at a discounted rate.

Then I had to pay but there was a separate online order pickup location, which at least went fast. Now I have to wait in line for 15 minutes in addition to paying for delivery to the store. The focus on the customer experience is dropping and there are many other competitors nearby...
- RERae EllisFeb 25, 20261.0Very disappointed in how I was treated at this location. I love Nordstrom Rack but I was so embarrassed. My boyfriend and I visited the store on 2/14/26. The alarms went off as we walked in. No one greeted us or said anything. I went to look at purses and was immediately asked if I needed help. There was another couple browsing but no one said anything to them. I politely declined. I hadn’t purchased anything but was dreading walking out due to the alarm going off earlier. Then when we left the alarms went off again and everyone stared. We walked out because again we didn’t have anything but what we had come in with. An employee yelled, “Did you two buy anything?” We just kept walking. It was very embarrassing as a person of color.
