  Had a wonderful experience buying another suit at Nordstrom, first was Bellevue however since it was further from me I tried Alderwood, a few wonderful team helped me as I got fitted, at first it wasn’t long enough but Dao from alterations re did it so it was a perfect length! Had a great and full team help, Vanessa and Quan in the suiting department made sure all request was fulfilled as I can be extremely anal on the fit and fitment, will definitely buy my next suit at Alderwood. Thanks again!!

  Sales people here are the best! I forgot what great customer service felt like until I came here. I definitely enjoy shopping here! 6 Stars! High end and clean with great deals available on quality brands.

  All I'd like to say about Nordstroms at the Alderwood Mall is the employees who I've spoken with are very professional and courteous. A special thanks to Khuang, Vanessa, and Marie. And an extra thanks to Kimberly who did a fantastic job wrapping up my purchase.

  Every experience within the last six months has been horrible. Poor quality merchandise. Bad shipping. Bad exchanges through the mail. In-person exchanges has been OK, but I buy through the shipping options because I live so far away....it's a nightmare. I am still waiting for a check for a refund because I cancelled their crappy credit card. UPDATE: I called customer service/credit card company..I have a CREDIT on a cancelled card. The agent said I have to call back in ten days because she cannot figure it out and is filing something or other for help...more crap.

  Was there for the mac event as I am a regular customer. I went a little early as had to work. The big lady working there literally chased me away as though she was forced to work there. She was super rude and didn't respect me. I felt it was completely racist attitude. Well every customer is valuable. They weren't paying attention whereas I attended the dior makeover and purchased a lot of products as their behavior was very nice Please respect your job. I tipped my makeup artist as she was a little polite. KYLIE DID MY MAKEUP SHE WAS GOOD BUT ABSENT MINDED. Speaking amongst themselves.The lady who was next to her was doing a favor and I purchased something else from another sales person as I was not happy with this gesture. Be kind please we are supposed to be treated well and equally.
