  I had a very disappointing experience at this Goodwill location and feel it needs to be addressed. A few days ago, I purchased a pair of shoes that appeared to be mislabeled with the wrong size. I didn’t realize the issue until I tried them on at home. I returned to the store the same day, just a few hours after purchasing them, to request an exchange or return. The manager on duty—whose name sounded like Candy—was extremely rude and unprofessional. At first, she refused to help without clearly explaining why. After I explained that the purchase had just been made, she called over the cashier who had assisted me earlier. The cashier confirmed that the shoes were sold as labeled. Instead of handling the situation respectfully, the manager began raising her voice to the cashier. She publicly scolded the employee in front of customers, which was uncomfortable to witness. The cashier appeared visibly intimidated and upset. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of accountability. There was no apology for the inconvenience, the incorrect labeling, or the way the situation was handled. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Goodwill promotes itself as an organization that supports the community and provides opportunities, but this experience did not reflect those values. In addition, I’ve noticed that prices at this location are unusually high, sometimes even for items that are damaged or low quality. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to improve both customer service and management behavior at this store.

  Won't take a small (3'x5')clean rug, despite the website saying they will. Very disappointed that they wouldn't even throw it out, after I donated a carload of other items that they are going to resell. I am really rethinking donating things to them in the future.

  Furniture Donation beware: My in-laws are moving out of their house and had a ton of nice furniture they couldn’t keep. Rather than selling, we brought photos to this Goodwill and asked if they would take it. They informed us that they can’t base off photos but would take a look. We loaded up a ton of furniture (china cabinets, office desks, new table and side table set as examples). We needed a U-Haul to bring it all In. As soon as the saw the U-Haul, the employees left and management came out. They informed us they could not accept small items in large quantity. We informed them it was only large furniture. Without looking in the truck they told us they would not accept it. I informed them that we talked to them prior and they stated “we told you it was based on condition.” I followed up with you haven’t even seen the condition. The finished with “have we answered all your questions or do you have more?” Don’t waste your time with this facility

  I shopped at this location last weekend after not visiting for a few months. I was disappointed to learn that they no longer have restrooms available for customers. In the middle of finding some awesome items, I ended up having to leave because they would not let me use the restroom. I was bummed because I wanted to keep shopping and looking for treasures. I even asked what they do when someone elderly, pregnant or disabled needs to use the restroom and the answer was still NO. This was my favorite goodwill but now I won’t be coming back if I’m unable to access the restroom. There has to be a way to operate with usable restrooms for guests. Please figure it out for all who have tiny bladders or digestive issues (or small children). You are currently turning off many loyal customers who enjoy shopping in your store.
