I can only shop in one area and I have to buy my stuff on the other side then walk back nearly the length of the store to leave. If I could go other places to shop I would but unfortunately im limited. I love the big and tall options but customer services sucks.

Tried to return it on February 26th. The tags were removed but I had all the tags and the receipt and they refused to take it back for a refund because it's been worn. This is complete BS! Clearly the days of customer service here are gone. Start far far from JC Penny!
