- DPDevon PSep 21, 20251.0Beautiful selection of dresses and clothing wear. But the staff could really use some work. It’s school season. That means Homecoming, Tolo, Winter Ball, Prom and many other formal dances. The staff is rude, snappy, lacks integrity and customer service skills. As a Manager myself, I appalled how this store is being managed and handled during a high stress time. This is their money making season. Two sections of dressing rooms and one line.Causing significant wait times and product loss. They need to do better and be better.

Their selection is super diverse and I was surprised they had all the dresses I liked that were on the website. Just make sure you like the dress because you can't return many items.

She made it clear that she did not like having to help me, no matter how kind and respectful I tried to be to purposely try and see if I could change her energy towards me but it didn’t.
