I’m definitely not good with style and asked her to help me find a pair that looked good on me and she must have spent a good 10 minutes helping before we got a pair that was perfect. Unfortunately as she was getting it ready she found a small scratch on the lens so she couldn’t sell it to me but was able to order a new pair that arrives soon. An unfortunate hiccup but handled the absolute best way possible. If management reads this just know that she alone got you a repeat customer and is definitely a star employee.

He decided he does not want them so I gave him the original receipt and sent him to Alderwood Sunglass Hut to return them. They would not return them because he did not have the original credit card I bought them with. No where on the receipt does it say in their policies that the original card used to purchase needs to be present to return them. Would never purchase here again. Ever. The manager I spoke to was named Kelly and she said there is nothing they can do.
