- DHDennis HynesOct 6, 20255.0We into the location at the Alderwood mall. I had dropped my glasses and one lens was broken. The rep said he couldn't replace them for no cost but offered to order the lens and then he would install them. great that i didn't have to buy a new pair

- CACindy AvansNov 28, 20234.0I went there for Rayban aviator sunglasses for my son who will be using them as a pilot. They had only two models in the store which were not polarized. Pilots cannot by regulation wear polarized sunglasses while flying. I was surprised to find so little choice—these are, after all, “aviator” sunglasses. The service was very good, though, and the clerk looked through stock to try to find more non polarized for me. This is the second pair of sunglasses I’ve purchased from this Sunglass Hut in the last year.

I tried to return my sunglasses that I purchased from Sunglasseshut.com but the store salesman refused to return my order and spoke with me rudely. If you buy sunglasses from Sunglasseshut.com you have the option to return them in store. But this salesman refused to return my order and said that he would have to see the rest of the sunglasses that I ordered. Due to my frustrations I didn't ask his name and left the store. But I wanted to mention that he was a afro-american salesman who treated me is suche a way. I am mentioning this so that the other salesman don't get affected by this. After I left this store I went to another sunglasseshut outlet and was able to return my order with no problem.
