  I absolutely love this store. From the moment I walk in I treat myself with a cup of hot tea and sip my tea as I stroll around looking at all the pretty things. Over the years, I’ve worked with several employees, and every single one has been wonderful. I would love to give a shout out to SHERRY! She is patient, attentive, and always asks the right questions to truly understand what I’m looking for. Her knowledge and kindness has made every visit a pleasure. Shane Co. offers complimentary jewelry cleaning, and their lifetime service is unmatched. I still bring in my ring from 13 years ago for free services. I love this store. Walking in and having things sparkle all around just instantly puts me in the best mood. I will happily just wander around the floor in circles over and over and I will never get tired of it. They made a loyal customer out of me a long time ago.

  I bought my wedding rings here 17 years ago and it’s been great. Recently, we ran into a problem and I was connected with Risa at the store. She cemented my belief that Shane company in Lynnwood is THE BEST place to go. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and more than met the motto of “you’ve got a friend in the diamond business” Thank you for being a reliable business that I can trust and has provided me with exceptional jewelry. I am a forever customer. If you are headed there, definitely ask for Risa if you can! Her customer service is top notch, incredibly knowledgeable and sets Shane Co apart.

  OMG Julia is awesome! She was super kind and patient with me as I looked at different shapes, carat sizes and settings for a potential engagement ring. I appreciated her a lot and she let me know they do not work on commission so it was no pressure at all! They are not the kind of people who are offering you a discount so you don’t walk out of the door. They have a great warranty program and their trade in program sounds cool too! They also created a favorites list for me so it’s easy for my guy to come in and know what I liked. I definitely will be back again!

  Tobin was very personable. He made us feel comfortable and let us take our time choosing exactly what we wanted. He didn’t pressure us at all. When we asked a question about the fit of the center diamond, he brought out several diamonds for us to look at. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted in a relaxed and professional atmosphere. We are very happy with the service we received.

  I stopped in to look at a gold chain for my boyfriend and ended up waiting about 20 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by anyone. A few people who came in after me were helped before I was. I get that it was a little busy, especially with the holidays coming up, but not even a quick acknowledgment felt frustrating. I even called afterward thinking maybe appointments were required, but was told they aren’t. Overall, the customer service could definitely be better for people who are waiting. It was a bad first impression and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
