    Very disappointed in how I was treated at this location. I love Nordstrom Rack but I was so embarrassed. My boyfriend and I visited the store on 2/14/26. The alarms went off as we walked in. No one greeted us or said anything. I went to look at purses and was immediately asked if I needed help. There was another couple browsing but no one said anything to them. I politely declined. I hadn’t purchased anything but was dreading walking out due to the alarm going off earlier. Then when we left the alarms went off again and everyone stared. We walked out because again we didn’t have anything but what we had come in with. An employee yelled, “Did you two buy anything?” We just kept walking. It was very embarrassing as a person of color.

    They priced a bracelet with the wrong tag and needed to find the right tag, had me waiting for over 15mins at the cash register while two different people a jewelry associate and a unapolgetic manager went looking for the price. Left without it, wasnt worth wasting my time. I would recommend a better system.

    I returned a sweater I purchased online because I would have to pay half the cost of the product to ship it back. I was given a gift card. The return was easy-peasy. The service person was very nice. I spent an hour looking for something to purchase so I didn't have to return to this store or use the card online. What a pile of crap they are selling these days at the store at pretty high prices.

    Terrible service - Customers forced to pay for staff's pricing errors. ​I visited this location on the afternoon of February 16th and had a truly infuriating experience. I found a pair of shoes that had a price sticker on both the item and the box. Based on that price, I waited in the checkout line for over 30 minutes. ​When I finally reached the counter, the cashier told me the stickers were "wrong" and belonged to a different, cheaper product. Without a single word of apology for the store's labeling error, the employee simply peeled off the stickers right in front of my face and quoted a much higher price. ​Why should a customer have to suffer the consequences of your staff’s mistakes or your poor pricing system? I wasted 30 minutes of my time based on the price information YOUR store provided. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, the staff handled it with a dismissive attitude as if my time meant nothing. ​If you want to prevent issues with "swapped tags," then you should improve your pricing system or management instead of penalizing honest customers at the register. It is unprofessional to expect a customer to simply accept a price hike after a long wait, especially when the error was 100% on the store's side. I have no intention of returning to this location. Avoid this store if you value your time and expect basic professional accountability.
