- DPDana ParkerDec 27, 20252.0It seems that every time I shop at this location customer service is not a priority. On 12/26 I shopped in store. I stood in the checkout line for about 10 minutes. There were three cashiers, one was on a call the entire time. When it was time to make my purchase, Jason the cashier, started putting security sensors on clothing. He then took a call. The call lasted a few minutes, he returned to the register and started putting more sensors on clothing. I asked if he would do that later and take care of the customers in line. Jason retorted, oh so you’re in that big of a hurry. I responded, great customer service is taking care of the people in front of you. You have 20 people in line and you’re putting sensors on clothes. He retorted, well I guess I should hurry up and get you out of here. What has happened to customer service? Nordstrom, train your people!
