We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- TDTim Dennis4 days ago1.0Be careful with this Lululemon store in Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood. I bought two pairs of ABC 5 Pocket Pants recently. Length they can send out for alternations. They said they don't do alterations for the waist. I found this odd. A 36 waist is too snug. A 38 waist too large. Anyway, I thought I could alter the waist somewhere else. I received the pants today and went to two places to alter the waist. It cannot be done! Two seams do not allow alterations for the waist (how would I know this)? If an employee at Lululemon had informed that the waist cannot be altered at all... I would not have purchased the pants. I went back for a refund. Manager says once they send out to alter they cannot allow a refund. Really? She also said she did not know the waist for these pants could not be altered. Really?? And your the manager of the store? Nice store and nice clothes but if you need to get something altered be very, very careful.

In the case of this store, the manager is the worst representation of the brand and has no value of what customer satisfaction and care means in their line of business! I would avoid the store for the rude manager. She needs to be changed! As far as the other staff, they are sweet and giving the additional two stars just for them!!

I visited lots of Lululemon store in every city or even countries and they were all very friendly and welcoming. A male educator here, I greeted him with smile and I got nothing but a cynical eyesight from him. He’s not asking but more like an interrogation about why am I returning this, where, when did I bought this, is it online or in store, is it markdowns or not? He’s also saying that he didn’t found any of my items in my account. I offered him to find it on my app because he seems so disbelieving about it. I don’t think I want to shop here. I prefer to go to other Lulu store. Such a disappointing first visit for a pinnacle member!!
