    When I first got signed up with Lifesaver, it was a blessing much better than the other company that I worked with however, now that I’m a customer that there I can never seem to get through to anybody -just the same as the other Companies That are similar. It’s a serious problem when you are calling about an emergency situation and you can’t get through to anybody . Every single time I called Lifesaver I’ve been sat on hold and had the recording tell me that it was the wait time will be longer than 10 minutes and I’ll sit there on the phone for more than 40 minutes, an hour or longer and nobody will still answer the phone. Their chat feature doesn’t work either if you never get through to anybody that way, even more so. It’s really unfortunate because the a customer service is great. They will help you out in there Accommodating however if I’m gonna get locked out of my car by 1 PM today, I need somebody to answer because there’s no possible way for me to get there by 1. Looks like I won’t be able to pick up my kids from school or get to my second job today Not happy with this at all.

    You can get a sales person on the phone in a snap but if you need help with your device it’ll take over an hour on hold. Staffing shortage they say but every time I call a sales person picks up right away and I’ve been trying to call over 15 times this week. They just transfer you to the technical people were you’ll never hear back or you’ll just get a message asking to call the same phone line were you hold for an hour, again.

    Asked them several times to send the info to the dept of licensing and they send bits and pieces to the DOL. I’ve been on hold for an hour and half so I can get this cleared up. The actual Lynnwood location was ok it’s the company itself that’s horrible. Worst customer service I have ever had and it will effect your drivers license. I’m battle in court now after having the device in my car for 9 months 4 years ago.
