The gentlemen in the jewelry dept told me rudely that I need the receipt and the warranty info isn't enough. I told him it was a gift. He said I need to verify it was purchased here acting like I stole it. I then had my sister send me the receipt and it took him 5 mine to verify the barcode on the receipt in his system. Like bro, it has your address right on it. I told him I've never dealt with this type of thing at Fred Meyers. He states well were not them. The experience was just awful. I receive a gift and have to go through hoops just to get helped. Learn to have some customer service my dude. He says sorry later but that doesn't fix how I feel about the jewelry dept now

EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality of photos …. I paid for the digital photos ONLY and they were so pixelated and blurry that it’s impossible to get them printed to be hung in the wall …. Which was literally the whole point, oh and those online deals LIES smh
- ASAli SaityDec 9, 20251.0We went to the store a few days ago, and when we went to the cashier, the employee there, whose name was Sofi, was very rude and unfriendly, as if she didn't want to deal with customers. Her attitude was very cold, and she wasn't treating the people in front of us the same way. It seems she treats people based on their appearance and nationality. This is upsetting and makes me not want to go back.
