- MLMax LangFeb 18, 20261.0Like another post said. Atmosphere is horrible here. Very unclean in the changing room, at least vacume at some point. Employee Bryce(guy) was heard loudly and happily slandering political current figures like rfk etc. Very unprofessional, atleast keep it quiet around shoppers. Also was very sick, and basically sneezed on my cash. Bellevue is better.
- MMMichelle MooneyFeb 4, 20261.0If I could give zero stars, I would. I haven't been to Express in years but, recently needed to find dress attire. I walked in and no one greeted me. No big deal. However, I had 2 pairs of pants and 2 sweaters in my hand and made it to the back of the store where there were 2 associates chatting at the cash wrap about the Grammys. I found the fitting room on my own when one of them says "Go into any room!" Mind you, this was the first interaction I had when I had been in the store for 10 minutes. No one checked on me. I put away the clothes as they didn't fit. Meanwhile, the 2 associates continued chatting. I was looking for a different pair of pants since the others didn't work and I hear "LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED HELP WITH THE PANTS!" I looked at him and said "me?" He was like "Yeah!" I said I was fine and found my size. I tried them on. Again, no one checked on me. The store was empty. Sorry Express but, this is not it and I won't be back.
- KGKathryn GreggOct 25, 20251.0Don’t trust their promo signs or employees - we came in looking for a suit for my husband. Found one rack with a sign marked “suits $150.” I asked an associate for clarification on which suits were included in the promo and they said just that one rack. My husband tries it on, likes it, goes to check out and is told the promo is no longer happening. It was yesterday only. Called customer service and “they’re no process they can follow on their end” to honor their signage. Now the suit is over $400. Seems pretty ridiculous they can’t do a price adjustment to honor both their signage and their word.
