Most stalls are either out of paper or have toilets that are not flushed and full of crap. They should be spotless at that time of the day, right before the stores open.

It cause a real safety issue for the health of the kids and others. One boy deliberately had intention to hit my one year old daughter. Not once but twice. I asked them if the kid hit my daughter who is responsible for?! Told me parents (so parents be careful, you are only paying for the device no insurance for safety of your kids or others). I guess it is the mall management responsibility who have rent the place without safety consideration.

The staff harassed me and my girlfriend and even used racist language toward us, which was completely unacceptable. I reported the incident to mall management, but all they did was say they had informed the store manager. That response felt inadequate given how serious the situation was. A place like this shouldn’t be operating if customers aren’t treated with basic respect. Because of this experience, I won’t be coming back to this mall. There are much better malls in Seattle where people are actually treated like human beings.
