You could’ve tell right away that she cared only about sale and not customer experience. I wanted to buy a sweater I had been wanting for a long time, but the woman completely ruined my desire to return to the store.

It is so refreshing to interact with sales staff who take pride in their job, treat customers with respect, energy, friendliness, and happily aim to please! The sales are amazing and the clothes never disappoint!! Paula the manager is the absolute best of the best. They have my loyalty!

- TTTessJul 9, 20195.0This is by far the cleanest and nicest aerie I've been to!! A spectacular store. Everything is nicely laid out and can be clearly seen. The drawers with extra undies and bras are neat and organized making my shopping experience easy and pleasant. Their customer service is beyond expectations. Paula was so incredibly helpful. She let me know that there were new styles coming out the next day and told me to come back then. I am SO glad I did. I was able to find bras that actually fit me AND ones that I felt damn good in!! Paula was so encouraging and delightful to be around. She let me know what she likes and doesn't, but never pushed anything on me. They got me all the sizes I needed without hesitation and really made me feel comfortable in the store and in the clothing. Such a pleasant experience. I will be back!
