- EEearnmlMar 20, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. Despite being polite and respectful to all staff, I encountered unprofessional behavior from two female employees at the fitting room.When I came out after trying on clothes and asked a few questions, they exchanged looks and rolled their eyes, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. As a paying customer who spent a significant amount of money, this was extremely disappointing. Even I love this brand so much but about experiences like this make me reconsider returning to this location I would rather shop online or visit a different branch. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and customer service.

You could’ve tell right away that she cared only about sale and not customer experience. I wanted to buy a sweater I had been wanting for a long time, but the woman completely ruined my desire to return to the store.

It is so refreshing to interact with sales staff who take pride in their job, treat customers with respect, energy, friendliness, and happily aim to please! The sales are amazing and the clothes never disappoint!! Paula the manager is the absolute best of the best. They have my loyalty!
