I had a million questions and Haley listened and answered even the dumb questions lol I had such a hard time with the blow and hummm device and Mike continued to be kind and supportive the entire time. He didn’t try to hurry me at any time.. I called them back and thanked them again once got home. Even though this whole situation BITES, I’m Grateful for their customer service.

It took 14 hours over 3 days to get a live person. Smart Start doesn’t even know what the installation locations are authorized to do or not to do. When Smart Start screws up billing you are screwed, because no one will help you get the money back for over payment. As you can see from all the other negative reviews they won’t defend themselves or correct their mistakes, because they don’t care!
