Kristen at sunglasses hut said I broke them and would not help me at all. She also said if the arm came loose on my way out the door from buying them that they would be considered damaged. I then drove to the capital mall sunglass hut and they told me to google costa about sending them back. Zero help and zero customer service, especially from the cabelas sunglass hut.
