  The customer service at this store has really gone downhill. I used to enjoy shopping here, but lately it’s become unbearable. Today I went in to pick up my hemmed pants. The associate helping me (dark skin, dark hair) repeatedly asked for the name on the order. I gave it to her and spelled it twice, yet she still couldn’t locate it. When I asked if she could look it up using my phone number, she said no and insisted she still needed the name. In the end, the QR code is the only information needed. This is the first time I’ve ever been required to provide a name just to pick up a hemming order, and the associate’s attitude throughout the interaction was terrible—impatient, dismissive, and unhelpful. The item was also handed to me without a bag, which is unusual for lululemon. I even said thank you at the end and received no response. The whole interaction left me feeling like I was inconveniencing her rather than being helped as a customer. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and not what I expect from a brand that once prided itself on great customer service.

  This Lululemon team has the BEST customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I had a large gift card on my account but was not able to access it because I have an Android phone (Lululemon app only works on Apple). Kara helped me for about a half an hour, troubleshooting all different kinds of solutions until we finally figured out a solution that allowed me to use my gift card on the transaction. Everyone on the team around us was supportive and having fun with us, whole focusing as a team to take care of the other customers in the store, to make sure that Kara could focus on my needs. What a lovely experience! This is a great team and a great example of a company that allows their employees to really care for their customers.

  store timings are incorrect. I went at 7:30 and store was closed. It suggested open till 8
