- JWJennifer WolmanApr 7, 20251.0Danisha needs to learn how to be nice and not rude when a customer is dissatisfied. Went to look at a prom dress. Several associates walked by didn't ask if we needed help. Finally got help, walked up to purchase it. She charged us 8 cents to cover it with plastic. I questioned why after paying $160 that can't be complementary. She told me Washington State passed the charge to customer, was snippy and wouldn't look at me. Interesting, I see plastic reusable bag with handle and brown paper bag under RCW but not a plastic cover for prom dress. Regardless, she was rude about it. Even my daughter who works for a clothing store said that was poor customer service when we walked out. Went to a clothing store in same mall about 4 stores down, the associate gave us a nice reusable bag for FREE with our purchase.
