I walked up to the counter to make a purchase and there was one employee helping someone with a fishing license while another customer ahead of me was waiting to check out. Several other employees were standing behind the counter chatting while customers waited. The person in front of me stood there for over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Security even called out asking for help and no one came. Eventually he got frustrated and walked out, and I did the same. Pretty disappointing. If staff don’t want to interact with customers, retail probably isn’t the right place for them. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Always have great conversations with the employees at the gun cabinet. An they run a lot of sales on good hunting gear and sporting gear. Never had a bad experience yet.
