I waited for service while they helped another customer in front of me. When they finished helping that customer, she just went back around the desk and sat down looking at her phone. I waited patiently thinking maybe she was just busy finishing up the last transaction as she had already seen me waiting behind the other customer. After a while she looked up and said do you have a question? I said no I need customer service. Once she got up and helped me she had great customer service and did help me out. But she should have acknowledged me way before that.
