- RJRanata JohnsonSep 8, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would. I've been a member of DSW for ever and I will no longer shop there. I spent $104 on a pair of shoes, and after wearing them for 5 mins I had to take them off. They felt fine when I put them on and walked for a minute in the store, but hurt my feet and were extremely uncomfortable when I got home. I took them back today (3 days later) to be returned and get a different pair, and was told they would not return them because I wore them outside. I literally, had them on my feet for 5 minutes. I even asked about the return policy when I bought them because it was a brand I'm not used too, and was told 100% I could return them just keep my receipt. I guess I could have lied and told them no, but if I knew you couldn't break in a pair of shoes by wearing them I would have never bought them.
