  I was unclothed trying on a bralette in the fitting room when one of the employees started to unlock the door without knocking and due to panicking I tried holding it from opening but she still pushed the door until she saw me topless without a bra or shirt in the mirror then closed it. I decided to not buy anything afterwards because I felt very uncomfortable. Some of the staff is very friendly, but please watch out for the short employee with brown hair who wears a blue hoodie with straight jeans because she does not knock on fitting rooms doors before checking if anyone is inside and will PUSH her way in! This experience left me feeling violated and anxious to go back to shop there. It’s important for staff to respect customer’s privacy especially in vulnerable situations like trying on clothing when knocking could have avoided this entirely. For other shoppers, I really hope management addresses this issue.

  Every time I have visited Aerie I have had a positive experience. Every time I have been greeted by the employees and asked if I needed any help. Everyone is friendly, the store is beautiful and always clean. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in tp the store I leave with way more than I anticipated!! Being a plus size gal I have always had a great experience with the clothes and undergaents I have purchased. I will absolutely continue to shop at the Kennewick Aerie store.

  Every time I have visited Aerie I have had a positive experience. Each time I have been greeted by the employees. Everyone is super friendly and the store is very well maintained. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in with a specific item in mind and leave with way more than I anticipated!! I will definitely continue shopping at the Kennewick Aerie store.
