  Nearly every time I go into this location I feel unwelcome and judged. One of the managers, Sam, has a terrible attitude that makes me want to leave the store every time I go in. It is always such a negative experience and creates such a bad feeling for the whole store. No one is ever chatty or welcoming, which as someone who has worked for AEO in the past, is something they supposedly pride themselves on.

  I was grateful and impressed with the service. I wasn’t expecting to need help, but after asking a single question, I ended up receiving a lot of assistance in finding the kind of items I was looking for, and it made my trip much more productive and efficient than it would have been otherwise. The best available band size for me was not carried in-store unfortunately, but I was able to more confidently make an online purchase afterwards thanks to the help I got.

  Every time I have visited Aerie I have had a positive experience. Every time I have been greeted by the employees and asked if I needed any help. Everyone is friendly, the store is beautiful and always clean. The employees do a fantastic job. Each time I go in tp the store I leave with way more than I anticipated!! Being a plus size gal I have always had a great experience with the clothes and undergaents I have purchased. I will absolutely continue to shop at the Kennewick Aerie store.
