There a lot of stores out here still since remodel but after the mall pulled out all the nice seating areas and the iconology that use to be a thread in our community like the big clock and fountain and seating outside cinnamon bun store I don’t see many souls here much and it looks like as leases are expiring so are stores. People use to come here and really brag about the place but the big biz decided to ruin it all. It was a nice ride. So don’t say, meet ya at the fountain because it is gone! Oh and they took out all the water fountains except for the one by the potty’s. This left most store employees running for water sources because many mall employees used these fountains to stay hydrated during the day. Then COVID then no more water fountains. I asked what and they said “no value added” that’s what this mall thinks of services, only apply if they add value, hence the cheap remodel. I wonder if these store owners notice the lost in mall services as their rent goes up. But never feat free the kids area is updated as it should have been 10-15 years ago. So they caught up on that I guess…..

Always dirty in food court but I don't think anyone notices? The new floor and play area are a significant improvement.

I’ve been coming here for, let’s just say a long long time. It’s a standard American mall with all the basic flavors. Has a kids play area. All in all not much that I would buy here. More of a let’s go to mall for that sake. The overall feel is clean and safe. Not much changes in the tri-cities, maybe that’s why we like it.
