  Went to purchase a dress on clearance for $29.99. At the register it rang up full price at $104.95. We let the cashier know it was on clearance, so she changed the price to $49. We showed her the tag marked 29.99. She acted exasperated and said she would have to get the manager who was five feet away. The manager came up and we showed her the tag. With a rude attitude she said it wasn’t 29.99 and peeled off the tag. No apology for the mistake. From the comments below it sounds like the same manager. We have 5 teenagers. If this is the type of people they hire, the way the train and conduct business, we will no longer shop at any American Eagle store.

  Asked for assistance to a girl named somia she ignored me walked away and did not help me at all. is this who yall are hiring? just trash employees who don’t know how to work. I hope she’s not working there anymore because this was unbelievable and she also said i can find my own pair of jeans ?

  Went to return an item because I did not like the way it fit. Still had the receipt, item was in new condition. The manager turned around and told the girl attending us no, they cant return that. Went to another American eagle and got store credit. This American eagle needs a new manger.
