- PLPearl LeeDec 18, 20255.0I have always had great service here. They always make an effort to greet customers who enter warmly and the check out process is always quick and efficient. The selection here is great too, my mom and I usually come out here with a few pairs to choose between from or we just get them all. The prices here are fair and if you are part of their rewards program, you definitely get some great deals or coupons on top of their already lower prices. The store is organized well too! You can find things you need easily from clearance shoes or items, accessories, socks, and other goodies! The store seems to be clean and well-maintained. They play great shopping music to listen to while you browse. Definitely glad we have a DSW close by as there aren't too many stores in Washington.
