The selection here is great too, my mom and I usually come out here with a few pairs to choose between from or we just get them all. The prices here are fair and if you are part of their rewards program, you definitely get some great deals or coupons on top of their already lower prices. The store is organized well too! You can find things you need easily from clearance shoes or items, accessories, socks, and other goodies! The store seems to be clean and well-maintained. They play great shopping music to listen to while you browse. Definitely glad we have a DSW close by as there aren't too many stores in Washington.

I got a discount advertised on my email for 20 % off in my email the same day I was there and nobody made mention of it. It was also a little difficult to get someone to actually really help, but the second gentleman (I didn't catch his name, but I think he was the manager on shift at the time on 8/28 about 4pm) was very patient and helpful in trying to figure out something that would work for me as they have no filas in stock, in store. Fila is what I currently wear.
