  This is where I'd put a review... if I could ever get into this place! Absolutely the worst parking lot I've ever seen, not designed for a retail establishment so it's always full with people double parked and waiting, even saw someone parked on the grass by the entrance the other day. You guys seriously need to find a better and more accessible location.

  Poorly managed, very dirty, never enough carts or space to park. And the worst part is their bathroom has been closed for several months. I’ve spoken with management and they will not be reopening the bathrooms to customers. The facilities do work and they’re reserving them only for employees. There are hundreds of people that come to this specific location every day. Just as context this is in an industrial part of Everett. There are no public bathrooms nearby. There is a Waterway positioned right in front of this Goodwill, a large population of the people who come to this Goodwill use the Greenway as a bathroom. Defecating and urinating near this waterway. It is clear that Goodwill as a company does not follow. It’s self proclaimed humanitarian position And clearly takes no responsibility for their impact on the Earth. I wonder what else they’re doing. I won’t be surprised if a lawsuit is filed against them for cruel and indecent business practice.

  I love GW outlet! Be prepared for chaos. Items are dumped into bins and sold by the pound but you can get really good deals. The only reason I lowered the stars is because there isn't enough parking and the businesses around have no parking/tow signs. I heard they are selling the building. I hope the rumor is true and they find a location with adequate parking!

  Parking here is a nightmare. I’d honestly recommend carpooling or taking an Uber or Lyft just to avoid circling around waiting for a spot or dealing with the chaos. On top of that, prices have been steadily increasing. I’ve been going to Goodwill outlets for years, and it’s disappointing to see how much things have changed over time.

  I liked this location but I left feeling really disappointed :( It was my first time at “the bins” and was excited about a few things I found, especially a purse I reallyyy loved. I drove almost 2 hours and was really hoping I’d find something I really liked. I had put it in a large bag with my items, and an employee took my things to the back and told me to meet her in the main bins area to pay. When I got my items back, the purse I was most excited about was missing. It had been in my bag of goodies before it was taken, and I never got a clear answer about what happened to it. The employees were sweet and I did speak to a nice manager, but the situation didn’t feel taken seriously, and nothing was really done to help. I left feeling confused and honestly a bit upset, because I had been there for hours and was really happy about what I found. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I just wish there had been more care, communication, and effort to make it right.
