- LLLVMom4 days ago5.0Their donation process is simple and easy! Just drive your car up and they help you unload. There's always a few strong, young folks there to help. Their policies on what they accept have gotten a lot stricter but the policies make sense. Just need to read them in advance so they don't hand you back the "rejects". Sometimes on the weekends, there will be a line to wait in to unload. The line usually moves very quickly. For ease, quickness, and simplicity, this Goodwill is the best at accepting donations.

The staff should be more welcoming and more caring when one is just dropping off donations, which is kind of doing the organization a favor, otherwise we can just throw them away or donate elsewhere. Won’t be donating there anymore.
