- KBKerri BakerNov 11, 20251.0Zero parking, no available carts because resellers take them and hide them in the corner the entire day, and they do not charge the same as Kent or Tacoma outlets - they charge substantially more for shoes than they do clothings, AND they do not give the same price break at 50 pounds that the other Pacific Northwest stores do. The employees act like prison guards, the whole thing is low vibe and not enjoyable like it is at the other outlets in WA. The Everett store is charging more for less parking, ruder prison guard employees, and paying substantially more than all the other stores. I drove 3 hours to go here and we had to turn around and leave because there wasn’t any parking for an hour including out at the highway.

Im not sure what your training procedures are, but if I hadn't been so caught off guard at a grown woman yelling at my son, things would've ended a lot less fortunately for her. He's 7. Get your shit together and dont be surprised if that kind of behavior has physical repercussions next time your employees get in a child's face and raise their voice. Its a thrift store I get that, but thats no excuse to act like a dime store personality.
