Their pricing model seems more akin to something like Plato’s Closet or Buffalo Exchange, where the staff will inspect the label and price up according to how “desirable” the brand is. Even still, I feel like these prices are too high. For $25 you can just buy a new Zara top that’s on sale. A way cuter one too. I don’t really know why’d you spend that money on a pre-worn one instead. I guess if you’re feeling extra charitable you could get ripped off here. But I’d rather just donate that money to a more effective charity.

Very expensive for used and broken items. I asked for lower price and the lady got mad and wouldn't call a manager over to help.

I went to give a whole truckload of donations this morning and Pedro was out there, taking the donations and was being a total jerk to me. My family and I have given so much to the Goodwill over the years, but this will be the last time. I had everything covered with a tarp because it was raining, a little corner of it came off while I was driving and some suitcases got a bit wet in my five minute drive because I live right downtown Edmonds, he wouldn’t take any of my items! It was absolutely ridiculous. Pedro Is very unprofessional and rude and I will never ever send another donation to the Goodwill because of him.

I want to rate this Goodwill higher. The staff is nice and helpful. It’s a convenient location. Reasonably organized. My big beef is the pricing. I’ve seen pilly Carter’s baby pajamas for $9.99 (they’re usually $8 new on the Carter’s website). Corelle dishes for $5.99 each (same ones come in a 6-pack for $19.99 at Target—which is $3 each new). A picture frame with the Home Goods sticker on the back for less than the Goodwill price. An absolutely destroyed Le Creucet enamel Dutch oven for $79.99 (same one is $160 new, but the one at Goodwill was completely worn out with scratched and chipped enamel). And most recently this sample pot of used paint from Home Depot for $4.99 (not sure what these cost new but I think it’s a couple dollars and then you get to choose the color—this is literally trash and if you go through the drive through where you donate, the sign says they don’t accept paint). To be fair, I talked to a manager about the Corelle dishes and they lowered the price, but there are many times I see something I like and don’t have the energy to argue over price, but on principle I won’t pay more than new. I love thrifting and prefer to buy second hand due to sustainability, but I can’t bring myself to pay more than the same items would cost brand new.
