  The jewelers at Cline are the best! They’ve helped me with everything from resizing my antique Hawaiian heirloom pieces (and they’re the only jeweler I’ve found who works with glass enamel — IYKYK) to helping me trade in old gold jewelry for a stunning diamond ring. Definitely my go-to jeweler!

  Anita with Cline Jewelers provided exceptional service, great ideas to update our rings for our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and made sure a repair was done on a piece of family jewelry in a timely manner. We will be back for more shopping at the best “Candy Store” ever!

  Cline Jewelers is simply a gem of a jewelry store. Whenever I have been to other jewelry stores I never feel welcome or feel pressure to buy or get treated poorly. Not at Cline Jewelers, every time I have stepped foot into their store I am treated with nothing but kindness and have never felt pressured to buy something. I have had my wife’s ring maintained there multiple times and it always comes back brand new. All of my jewelry purchases will come from Cine Jewelers, because of their warmth and kindness I plan on being a lifetime customer with them. Thank you!

  👎👎 had a wonderful dropoff experience to have a vintage pendant replated (and repaired to correct a bend in the gold) at cline. traded in some old scrap, was quoted a fair price, and during my wait I browsed estate items, got to try on an old ring that was identical to a lost family heirloom, and was treated kindly by both the woman who checked me in as well as andy for my actual transaction. however the customer service upon pickup today could not have been worse - gail I believe? gina? was beyond rude and dismissive. when I inquired about necklaces for my pendant she brought out a lint-covered velcro roll thing of tangled chains, giving no input outside of length even though I asked about different styles / types / a vintage-appropriate match, aside from repeating a canned answer twice. she paused our interaction (interrupted me) to hand off a gigantic diamond ring to another client with a huge smile, then quoted me over $400 (!!!!!) to put a silver pendant wrap around a miniscule opal + was dismissive in response when I declined due to cost. also I don't buy jewelry that often (ever) but don't they typically set it up for you once purchased, so you can wear whatever it is out of the store? when she came back and saw me doing it myself, she sighed, took it away from me, finished it and then literally said "you have to turn it around to put it on" while she was holding it out for me. to which I was like. hello?? I am looking at the necklace for .5 seconds for the first time / I understand how jewelry works??? unclear if she is always this condescending or if it's only for The Poors like me spending under $200. the plating looks great - but upon further inspection from home, the reshape wasn't done or even attempted, and the piece is still bent off-center. this entire thing has been one big overpromise / underdeliver vibe and I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  My fiancé recently bought my ring from Cline Jewelers and they were so incredibly helpful to him during the entire process. We were absolutely IN AWE when we both received the ring (him when he got it and me when he proposed). I'm so happy with how it sits on my hand and how secure the ring is as well. From what I hear, Cline is the best around for custom jewelry and now having my own ring, I know that's true! I can't wait to get my wedding band custom made for my ring next! Thank you Cline!
