This is one of the last real sporting good stores for anyone in the Wenatchee area other than Hooked On Toys. If you go to Walmart and other places, you’ll waste your time and energy, looking for things that they will most likely have it sportsman’s warehouse and more importantly their prices are expensive, but from what I have understood recently, they will match competitors pricing on things like ammo, but I haven’t confirmed that and I’m going to the store to confirm that today

I have to say that I am very disappointed with this store here in East Wenatchee. Honestly it has to do with their archery department. Stop selling bows and offering to tune them and have them hunt ready if you don't have someone who knows what their doing. They have the best sales on arrows but everything you buy arrows from them you wait forever just to be told by a gun employee that they don't have time to cut them for you. Even when they do have an employee that will cut them for you, they reluctantly do it because they don't feel comfortable. I dont know if this comes with a lack of training or not but pretty much every employee, when it comes to cutting arrows, acts like you are ruining their day and they absolutely hate it. This store doesn't have any knowledgeable Archers, so basically you have to buy your bow stuff and go to Hooked on Toys to get setup. Even their policy is when you buy a bow or arrows that they are supposed to set you up before you walk out the door and they really do a poor job of this. I had a buddy buy his bow there, because it was on sale, and just for kicks we let one of the younger guys try to set the bow up. They added an extra inch to his draw and the bow's arrows were tearing to the right on paper. Thats how they left it..... which we fixed ourselves when we left. They might be the cheapest in town but, like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. Thank you

I bought a pair of hiking boots here on the 25th. I was a little hesitant if they’d work out, and so before I bought them I asked the employee at the counter that evening the return policy. He specifically told me that if they don’t work out, as long as I keep the receipt I can return it. I wore them for one simple hike and they blistered my ankles and cut my toe. I brought them in with the receipt to return, only to now be told they can’t be returned if they were worn outside. They’re still in great condition, just some dust on them.
This store really needs to either teach its employees their own policies, or they need to honor what employees tell customers. I am extremely upset now because I saved up for a pair of hiking boots for a while, and I cannot afford ones that actually will work for me now. This was a massive waste of money when I don’t have money to waste, and I am really upset.
