- DHDean HaginsApr 1, 20261.0Terrible. Went in to first appointment after multiple confirmations, phone call, text, email. Was told the installer was not notified of the appointment. Had to make a second appointment the next week. Zero remorse, zero accountability. Go in for second appointment (9:00am). Ask them how long it would take. He said we work on multiple vehicles so it could be 1:00pm before it's done. I'm a half hours drive from home and none of this was relayed to me until the vehicle was in their shop. No restroom to use for the customer. Decided to wait a bit before figuring out what to do. Luckily asked another gentleman and he said it should be done by 10:00am. How there is that much descrepency is beyond my imagination
