What I'm about to write is truly authentic and sincere: Maddie was my sales associate and she was the best ever! Her vibe and positive energy for doing what she does was really uplifting! I needed a pair of shoes for work as a CNA and she found the right Fit and style for me. And even though I needed to try on several pairs she didn't seem bothered. She even had experience with the specific shoe and shated other people's feedback. She even went above and beyond to help me find something for my husband that's at home recovering from knee surgery. She remembered us from previous visits which is pretty awesome. So often these days you walk into a store and it just seems like nobody's happy working there and they are irritated. But this is not the case when you go to the Vans store in Bellingham! They rock. But mostly Maddie!
