The young women at the counter asked for my phone number, and I said no. Then she reiterated that I get to save five dollars. I said no again. Then she downright insisted that I give her my phone number. I told no phone number or they loose the sale. She was rude and snapped that “she’s just doing her job”. I told her I’m not giving her my phone number and just stared at her. I was going to bring my wife back to try on some clothes, but after that ridiculous exchange I chose not to. Just absurd. I don’t mind asking once, but then just move on. Demanding the phone number three times, while being incredibly rude, is nearly harassment. Watch out for this store and these staff members that are possessed to get your number at all costs 👎

- JCJamie CarpenterJan 4, 20251.0So... I have been shopping here for years. Since it replaced Deb like 20 years ago. I bought a cardigan and a pair of jeans recently. Both didn't quite fit right. My husband said I looked like a "line-backer" in the sweater, lol . Anyways I went to return my purchases and because the tag on my sweater had come off at some point, which was never worn, but I still had, I was refused my return. I was refused a refund and also refused a credit. I purchase items for my daughter as well as myself here. I'm upset as I have spent thousands here over the years. I will not be returning. Don't understand the new return policy. A young man denied my return.
