  First time in with a bit of a predicament, that needed to be solved right away. Thi, the amazing and extremely helpful seamstress, helped me immediately and fixed my uniform trousers very professionally. Thi wouldn't let me tip her. she really has my sincere gratitude! Spencer, the sales assistant, I had a wonderful chat with, and he even searched for me in the store to let me know when my garments were ready. I wish that one day he will see the world! The atmosphere among staff is very light, they surely seem to love working there. Thank you all!

  The store manager refused a return for a recent purchase jacket with manufacturers defect. Take your business to Macy's.

  I heard of these folks from some friends but experienced it myself as well. Rude manager and a condescending employee who will cost a ton of business to Nordstrom rack.

  Here, you can find a good selection of men’s polos, jackets, and sportswear at better prices than Nordstrom in Bellevue Square (located in the second building of this shopping area).
