  I had a great experience with Kelsey P, with whom I scheduled a personal styling appointment. She contacted me ahead of time asking what I was looking for and found me the perfect sizes and fits I was looking for to update my wardrobe for work. I will be returning when I need some new looks!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this store yesterday while shopping with my family. My 3-year-old daughter accidentally brushed past a shelf and knocked a single throw pillow onto the floor. My husband immediately picked it up and even made a lighthearted comment about how soft it was, there was no damage or mess. What really upset me was the reaction from an older employee nearby. She gave my young child a very harsh, disapproving glare and walked away muttering a comment about the pillow now being “dirty.” It felt completely unnecessary and unkind, especially toward a small child who clearly didn’t do anything intentionally wrong. As a parent, I found this interaction uncomfortable and unprofessional. Shopping with children should not feel like walking on eggshells, and a little understanding and kindness would go a long way. I was so put off by the experience that I chose to leave without making a purchase, even though I had intended to. I hope management addresses how customers, especially families, are treated, because this experience definitely discouraged me from returning

  I really write the comments but I would like to say about that! Almost one month ago I was at Nordstrom and found sharlot Tilbary and l was impressive who was work there her name Diana this girl know everything about this product and with her help I did amazing purchase! Thanks her for her high quality work! I’ll advise her my friend and come back to her again!

  Incredibly rude… every single time I’ve been here I haven’t been asked once for help. Last time I visited I finally worked up the courage to ask for help and the sales person brushed me off… handing me a sample vial, then I proceeded to let her know that said bottle was out, and she was like “too bad”. The i proceeded to see her pull out a second bottle for another customer of the same fragrance I wanted and give her a sample. Very frustrating as a younger person in their 20s to be constantly ignored because you aren’t a 40 year old with a birkin.

  I just left the Bellevue Nordstrom a few minutes ago because the salesperson that helped me was rude, insensitive and unhelpful. I walked in to the men's suit section. I made eye contact with a woman sales associate. I walked towards her, was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. She just stared at me. As I got close, I asked her if they have anything in a size 56 and she asked me "In men's?". We were in the men's suit section... I'm a bigger guy and I'm aware that most retail stores only carry up to 48 or 50, maybe a 52, but I was in the area, so I thought I'd ask. But the question, "In men's?" Really threw me. I looked at her with a blank stare and finally responded, "yes, it's for me". She then said they "carry up to size 48". I replied that I just saw a size 50 on the rack, and she replied "why do you need that, that's really big". I replied replied back that I need a size 56. She said that she'd go in the back to check. She later came out and brought me something in a size 52. She said that she thinks she has something in a size 54 and she would bring it to me. I tried on the 52 and it was about 3 or 4 inches too small around the waist. I waited around for a good while and she never returned with the 54. I saw her helping other people, so I just left. I'm fully aware that not every store carries my size, but I didn't need the fat shaming. A simple "I'm sorry, we only carry up to size 52" would not have hurt my feelings.
