Customer service like this is rare, and I’m very grateful for her help. Thank you, Bea, for such an amazing experience!

As a minority customer, I was followed throughout the store, which made me feel singled out and unwelcome. Meanwhile, other customers (Caucasian customers) were offered water and assistance, while we were not acknowledged in the same way. The staff came across as rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Customer service felt selective rather than inclusive, which is unacceptable for a luxury brand that prides itself on excellence. In hindsight, I regret making a purchase at this location. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect respectful, equitable treatment. Louis Vuitton should seriously evaluate the customer service and bias issues at this store.
