I went in last week @ 9:45am as the website says that open @ 9:30, So I waited until 10am as the manager, that knows me opened the door and didn't even say hello or welcome, She just walked away. It's because she had a problem on one of my returns last Christmas that she couldn't get the math right, So now she's rude to me and didn't even say hello. Oh and she knows who I am. Sorry sweetheart but I'll be shopping @ Nordstrom's for now on.

After I checked with them, they offered to let me pay $6.99 more on this sweater for postage to return the sweater they sent me with the security tag still attached. It boggles the mind how bad Express is for customers.

The sweater came with the security tag - they say I need to take it back to a store - which is far away and a lot of my own time - and no guarantee I won't be charged with stealing it. One of the jeans was also missing, with a note from a person at store saying they didn't have it. How much time have I spent on this to get what I ordered with no offers of money back, still have to spend time on the sweater - they offered me $5.00. This store is not a place to order from.
