I had a great experience at Vans, and Sabryna truly made the visit stand out. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and she made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Sabryna took the time to answer my questions and gave honest recommendations without making me feel rushed. Her positive attitude and genuine care made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Customer service like hers is what keeps people coming back—thank you.

Let me start off this review by saying this Vans location is absolutely amazing. We were visiting from out of town, my daughter was grumpy about her shoes & we walked into your store & the energy shifted our whole family!
- I want to especially thank Sabryna.
She was so kind and caring to us & took her time to really help my daughter decide on what shoes she wanted. (We all know kids are picky so it took some time) Thank you Sabryna & vans for shifting our day around completely with simple acts of kindness & patience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Vans! From the moment I walked in, the store had such a welcoming and positive vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive, and everything was well organized and easy to find.
Sabryna was especially amazing and made my visit even better. She was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. She really took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her customer service was outstanding, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Sabryna, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable — I’ll definitely be coming back!
Update: Right after posting this review, my order was updated from ready for pick up to cancelled. Apparently someone had the chance to read reviews but look through inventory. Please avoid at all costs.
We came to try and buy shoes in store for my daughter that shows ready for pick up immediately on website. The associate let me know they don’t carry items on sale. Then I found the exact style with sale label on display. She went back in for barely 5 seconds and told me they don’t carry the size I need. Two stars for her minimum effort to find the same size of a similar style to try on when requested, despite the unwillingness to help.

Picked up an online order today. Had the most unpleasant experience experience with employees Sabrina (or Sabryna?).
Copped a huge attitude while I was at the register, telling me “do you want to move??” While I was wrapping up my transaction. Then continued to roll her eyes and try to shoo me away from the counter several more times.
Awful service. Super rude for no reason. Not terribly bright if she thinks I have no business at the register while I’m finishing pickup.
I live closer to the Alderwood Vans store and would not come back to the Bellevue location if I can count on snotty employees like Sabrina to be there.
