- ADAlex DongJan 2, 20261.0Absolutely terrible service. Our client advisor was rude, dismissive, and had a terrible attitude, which completely ruined the experience. We went in expecting a luxury shopping experience, but were met with no acknowledgment or basic courtesy. What should have been a simple in-store exchange for a Christmas gift turned into us returning the item altogether and leaving the store frustrated. This experience was such a turnoff that we’ve decided not to purchase anything further from Tiffany & Co.. My girlfriend had originally hoped to get her engagement ring here, but that is no longer an option, we won’t be stepping foot in this store again. On top of the poor service, the products are extremely expensive and, in our experience, not worth the quality. Very disappointing overall.

My wedding band and engagement ring had to be sent back to NYC for repairs, and I was never given the courtesy of a phone call or even an email for updates on the status. When I called the Bellevue store to ask about when I could expect my rings to come in, the first associate I talked to, could not find my repair order on file. It was unnerving that my information could not be found with my cell phone number on such valuable jewelry! Newly engaged or married couples don’t waste your money on Tiffany and Co.
