- MMMarina MSep 9, 20251.0Went shopping today with my sibling. I wanted to buy them new sunglasses for their birthday. There was a white woman working alone when we walked in. I didn’t expect to be treated so rudely the entire time. She kept following us around, breathing down our neck, making rude comments thinking she’s funny. We were there for 2 minutes and she shouts “you guys are still here?!” I will not spend money at a place that does not treat us kindly or respectfully. We left and bought a pair of raybans at another store who actually had nice employees. To the woman who was working today. I would strongly advise you to be kinder and more respectful to people. You are not above anyone.

- SFSusan FuJun 18, 20251.0I would not recommend shopping at Sunglasses Hub. It is better to purchase directly from the brand itself. They provide better customer service and offer warranty support. I bought a pair of Oakleys that turned out to have a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, the staff at this store were unhelpful and dismissive when I tried to get assistance with a replacement. I ultimately had to reach out to Oakley directly, and they were able to resolve the issue and send a replacement. The experience at this store was very disappointing.
