Hannah helped us resolve a specific issue and handled everything perfectly. She’s never pushy—she genuinely wants you to make a good purchase and will even recommend something cheaper if she thinks it’s a better option for your situation. Always smiling and truly wanting to help in any way she can. She’s also very thorough, asks detailed questions about what you are looking for and triple checks when she is unsure on something. She’s exactly what customer service should be. Manager Pingping was equally fantastic. She was professional, genuinely cared about our issue, and wanted to make it right. Together with Hannah, they got the situation resolved extremely quickly. Beyond this visit, both Hannah and Pingping are always helpful whenever we bring our jewelry in for cleaning, adjustments, or anything else. Highly recommend this store and this team!
