He has helped us multiple times with our kids’ glasses — which, as with most kids, often need adjustments and repairs — and he has always been patient, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. He also assisted me with sending my own glasses for service, again with great disposition and efficiency. What really stands out is how quickly they solve problems. In just a few minutes, our glasses were adjusted and felt almost new again. When you have something as easy to break as glasses, it makes a huge difference to have a store that can help you the same day and solve the issue on the spot. Honestly, experiences like this make me want to keep buying our glasses at Ray-Ban. The service is consistently friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommended.
