  If I could give zero stars, I would! I was told every time I shopped at other LV locations that I could bring my bag in and they would clean the tarnish on the metal for free — even though it shouldn’t tarnish in the first place! I also recently bought a bag that started falling apart, and when I asked for it to be replaced, they refused. Their service is completely inconsistent — they seem to pick and choose who they want to help. As you can see in the comments, some people bring in bags they’ve had for years and receive complimentary cleaning, replacements, or exchanges, while others are simply told “no.” After this experience, I’ve decided not to buy from LV again. I’ve purchased so many items from them over the years, and this was the first time I ever asked for help — and I learned that it’s not a good place to shop after all. If you are black just don’t expect the same services and complimentary!! You know how it is.

  I’ve been to countless cities and countless LV’s and Max Jarkow is BY FAR the most welcoming and accommodating associate I’ve ever encountered. I can’t express it enough in one review. But thank you Max! You’re the man

  I walk into the store, woman greets me and says “you can’t record anything in the store” . Had to tell her I’m on a FaceTime phone call. Didn’t feel welcomed at this point. Asked for some samples of their fragrances. Same woman tells me “don’t have any” . My girlfriend and I have shopped at several LV stores and this one the worst experience I had due to lack of professionalism. I wanted to buy something but I just walked out. Just felt profiled because of the way I looked. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t look like them.

  I went there to exchange my wallet and the rep was inexperienced, she was in a rush while making my order online bc the color I wanted was only available online that she put in wrong address and then the wallet was delayed which was a present. A brand liie LV where reps behave like this where they don’t even check address is very disappointing
