- PMPam McNutt6 days ago1.0My daughter bought me a beautiful pair of pajamas for Christmas. They were beautiful until they were washed. The seam going down the sides of the legs were detached from the material. The hems at the leg bottoms weren’t cattywompas after washed, just a horrible look.

She is professional but personable, highly knowledgeable & skilled but down-to-earth, helpful but not pushy, and overall just extremely on her game. And Brittany also made me feel like a king while I was trying some items on, ensuring I had every last piece of knowledge I would need to make an informed decision prior to purchasing, making helpful/practical suggestions along the way, without being overbearing. She even made sure I got the Black Friday price of a full price item, even though the sale hadn’t technically started yet! Kudos to you, Brittany … and J Crew Belle Square, here’s to hoping you realize what an absolute gem you have in her! 💯

Shopping in the men’s section, it is hard to determine if they are out of stock of a particular item or if the item is simply buried under piles of unfolded clothes. This has sent me home to shop online rather than browse this specific store in person.
