One of their employees stole my doll. That doll is one of the last few gifts that my mother gave me. She redesigned the outfit and everything. When I called to report the issue, they were helpful- but they offered no reimbursement and did not seemingly reprimand the employee. I wouldn't recommend selling here, because of that and you won't get your moneys worth for your books. You'll sell a book to them for less than $1-$5 and see it on the shelf for $20. Good books tho lol
